Hi! Welcome, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with eight years of experience in the field of mental health. My therapeutic training has centered around evidence-based treatments with cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness components; I have received training to provide Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT and EMDR.  I am passionate about providing evidence-based treatment to clients and committed to being a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist.

Personally, I love spending time with my sweet kiddo, husband, and new golden retriever puppy. I enjoy coffee dates with friends, long walks, live music, hiking in nature, binging a new TV show, and having the privilege of working with clients like you.  As a believer in personal growth, I have also utilized therapy services myself and know the difference they can make when you have support from the right person.

Stressful things happen– that is an inevitable part of life! Sometimes it’s easy to bounce back, and sometimes we can get stuck in a distressing cycle that leaves us feeling overwhelmed and uncertain where to turn.  If you just don’t feel like yourself and you’re wondering if counseling is a good fit… please reach out!  I offer complimentary 15-minute phone consultations and would love to chat with you to see if this would be a good fit.
