Hi! Welcome, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I specialize in working with women. Whether it’s a life transition, making a big decision, relationships, parenting, the overwhelm of current life stress, or just not sleeping well and feeling irritable all the time- you are not alone. Neuroscience shows us that stressful life experiences activate our nervous system in ways that protect us, and our system’s response can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or stuck. I’m here to help you get curious about the overwhelm, resolve past trauma and get back to feeling your usual self. I use an integrative blend of evidence based therapies to foster lasting growth & change. I am passionate about providing evidence- based treatment to clients and committed to being a trauma- informed, culturally sensitive and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist.
As a solution-focused therapist, I also help you find clarity on your values and equip you with practical tools to feel more calm and confident, specifically utilizing evidence- based techniques to calm your mind and body. I am committed to showing up authentically for my clients – with warmth and humor – and I would describe my style as very collaborative.
Personally, I love spending time with my sweet kiddo, husband, and new golden retriever puppy. I enjoy coffee dates with friends, long walks, live music, hiking in nature, and having the privilege of working with clients like you. As a believer in personal growth, I have also utilized therapy services myself and know the difference they can make when you have support from the right person. No matter where you are in life, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your therapy journey and would love to chat with you to see if this would be a good fit. Please reach out anytime for a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation.
